Each item is handmade from raw materials - this can take a wide degree of time depending on the project

Silver Jewellery - as each piece is a custom creation all orders are filled as a preorder unless otherwise stated. After checkout your order details will be processed in the workshop where your piece will be hand cast, sanded, polished and packed.

All pieces are shipped from Jersey, Channel Islands and delivery time will differ depending on destination (usually 4-10 working days).

Returns
Products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Due to the custom nature of the products all sales are final - if there is any issue though please get in touch directly so that we may find a way to resolve the problem. Any additional charges for custom work will be made on a case by case basis. Thank you.

Art Prints

Fulfilling orders may take up to 5 business days.

All pictures are printed to order and as such all sales are final. No refund will be issued on completed (printed) orders unless obvious printing defects are noted by both parties and the finished product differs greatly from the original description.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion
